Who we are

PrepTalk is operated by its owner in the Republic of Maldives. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Your feedback stays private

PrepTalk is a personal practice tool. Feedback is private to you, is for self-improvement only, and is never used to make hiring, credit, legal or other decisions about anyone.

We don't share your results with employers or third parties for decisions about you. Service providers process only the information needed to provide practice feedback, payments and the other services described below; coaching requests are your choice.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), practice content you create (transcripts, practice feedback, uploaded slides or scripts, and optional recordings), payment records, and basic technical information needed to run the service.

On-device analysis

Eye contact and expression analysis runs in your browser. We never store face images or landmarks — only practice levels and tips.

How we use it

To provide practice sessions and feedback, manage your plan, process payments, respond to coaching requests, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.

Payments

Card and PayPal payments are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record; Paddle processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive only confirmation of your purchase.

Storage and security

Recordings and uploads are kept in private storage that only you can access. Some practice feedback is generated by AI services that process your transcript to return results.

Your choices

You can delete your practice data at any time from Settings. Contact support@preptalk.live to request access to, or deletion of, your account data.
