PrepTalk is an online speaking-practice service operated by its owner in the Republic of Maldives. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
PrepTalk is a personal practice tool. Feedback is private to you, is for self-improvement only, and is never used to make hiring, credit, legal or other decisions about anyone.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
PrepTalk lets you record practice sessions and receive automated feedback. Feedback is for practice purposes only and is not a guarantee of any interview, exam or presentation outcome.
Pro and Pro+ plans are sold for fixed periods of 1, 3 or 12 months. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record and handles billing, taxes and invoices. Bank-transfer payments are activated after we verify your transfer.
Monthly AI allowances reset each calendar month (Maldives time). We may update prices for future periods with notice.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the platform's operation. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of your recordings, transcripts and uploaded files. You grant us a limited licence to process them only to provide the service to you.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
